Earnings, Results & General Disclaimer
Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Contact: hello@fivetoclose.com
Please read this Disclaimer carefully. It applies to https://fivetoclose.com/, private results pages, the Revenue Leak Audit, Monthly Funnel Review, Operators Kickstart, Operators Monthly, related emails, the member vault, walkthrough videos, AI-assisted findings, and any training, checklists, opinions, or tool recommendations we provide (collectively, the “Materials”). This Disclaimer is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Materials.
1. Nature of the Materials
The Materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes related to online marketing, traffic, funnels, email, and business operations. They are not a substitute for professional advice. They are not a franchise, business opportunity registration package, securities offering, or employment offer. We sell digital access, audit findings, and information—not a guaranteed income stream. Audits (including automated multi-page inspection and narrated video reviews) identify possible friction and recommendations only; they do not implement fixes or guarantee conversion improvements.
Purchase structure: A Revenue Leak Audit purchase covers one funnel. Monthly Funnel Review is an optional add-on subscription for ongoing monthly re-review of that same funnel after the initial paid audit. New funnels require a new audit purchase before monthly review can apply to them.
2. No earnings or income claims
We do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that you will earn any money, recover advertising costs, or achieve any level of revenue, profit, or “ROI” by using the Materials. Any reference to prices, membership fees, tools, or workflows is about what we sell or recommend—not a promise about what you will make.
Individual results vary widely and depend on factors including (without limitation): your experience, skill, time invested, capital, offer quality, pricing, market conditions, list size and quality, traffic sources, creative, compliance practices, technical implementation, and luck. Many people who buy digital products or memberships earn little or nothing. Some lose money on advertising or tools.
If the Site, emails, or Materials ever include examples, case studies, screenshots, or hypotheticals involving money, treat them as illustrative only. They are not typical, not guarantees, and may omit expenses, failed tests, or context. Past performance—yours, ours, or third parties’—does not predict future results.
3. No “get rich quick” representation
Nothing in the Materials should be interpreted as a claim that success is easy, fast, passive, or certain. Online business involves risk, ongoing work, and potential loss of money and time. If anyone representing FiveToClose told you otherwise orally, that statement is unauthorized and you should rely only on this Disclaimer and the Terms.
4. Traffic, bots, and analytics tools
Tools referenced for traffic quality, bots, funnels, email, or analytics (including third-party or sister-brand tools) provide estimates, heuristics, and technical signals. They are not courtroom proof of fraud, not a definitive measure of “real humans,” and not a complete substitute for your own judgment. Approximate geolocation and classifications can be wrong due to VPNs, carriers, privacy tools, bots that look human, humans that look automated, and provider error.
Do not make sole high-stakes decisions—such as paying or refusing to pay a traffic vendor, making legal accusations, or making large media buys—based only on a dashboard label. Use multiple data sources and professional advice where appropriate.
5. Advertising and compliance are your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your websites, emails, ads, claims, disclosures, privacy practices, and offers comply with all applicable laws and platform rules (including FTC endorsement guides, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/CCPA where applicable, and paid-traffic network policies). We do not supervise your campaigns. Membership does not include legal clearance of your copy.
6. Third-party products and links
The Materials may mention third-party software, services, or websites. We do not control those parties. We are not responsible for their uptime, pricing changes, data breaches, feature removals, or billing. Any affiliate relationships, if present, will be disclosed where required; affiliate compensation does not change your obligation to evaluate products independently.
7. No professional advice
The Materials are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Do not treat them as such. Consult licensed professionals for advice tailored to your jurisdiction and situation.
8. Forward-looking statements
Any statements about future plans, features, schedules, or markets are forward-looking and subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to ship any particular update, email cadence, or tool integration.
9. As-is; limitation of reliance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of the Materials is at your own risk. Our liability is limited as set forth in the Terms of Service. If any part of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
10. Bottom line
We sell operator materials and access—not a guarantee that you will make a dime online. If you need certainty of income, do not buy. If you buy, you accept the risk that you may earn nothing and that tools and tactics may not work for you.
