By buying or using products on https://fivetoclose.com/ you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Operators Kickstart is a one-time digital product. Operators Monthly is a recurring subscription billed by Stripe until canceled.

2. No earnings guarantee

Nothing on the Site guarantees income, traffic quality, or business results. You are responsible for your offers, lists, traffic, and compliance with advertising laws.

3. Access & refunds

Digital goods are delivered immediately after payment. Refund requests are handled case-by-case at support@fivetoclose.cloud. Subscriptions can be canceled via the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support; canceling stops future renewals.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal use, abuse of tools, or resale of membership access as a competing product.

5. Operator access

You authorize site operators to access purchase and membership data to deliver the Service, prevent fraud, and provide support.

6. Liability

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
